Long Beach Funky Festival .:Aug 11 10:.
Another trip north for another fresh event. This time, Long Beach was holding it down P Funk style. You had an eclectic set of people walking around this event. The best thing was seeing the old school cats who grew up during the Parliament and Jimmy Castor Bunch era strutting there stuff and grooving to the music. They still had style. Check out the videos I managed to capture of some iLL street drummers doing there thing alongside Junko kicking it down and Jimmy Castor Bunch performing It’s Just Begun. CLASSIC.
